The challenge here was to create a digital experience that translated well across multiple devices and screen sizes. I felt as thought a responsive website would provide a greater user-experience for a larger more diverse target audience. The site needed to be compelling but simple so it wouldn't be a distraction from the the real beauty of the film, the content. The use of large compelling imagery with large type would peak immediate interest from the user plus tease them about what to expect. Check the Rhyme is currently in production. The images used here are for placement purposes only.
When I began working on this, my goal was to create an experience that focused on the user. I thought large imagery and copy would allow for a rich user experience that was limited in distractions. With great percentage of users using their mobile devices over their desktop, I thought the mobile experience had to mimic the desktop alsmot perfectly. The project is currently still in development.
